Upgrade of pedestrian crossings to be compliant with current legal regulations

Councillor Yves Damy confirmes his support for further investments in the restoration of municipalitys’ bus stations and pedestrian crossings. These measures are of central interest for responsible and farsighted traffic policy and provide increased traffic safety for all road users.

The projects on Alzingen- and Roeserstreet need special attention since the excessive speed presents increasing problems. Councillor Yves Damy urges consistent actions and encourages further traffic calming measures.

Preliminary purchase agreement for a real estate (house with garden) located in Berchem

Councillor Erny Fisch gives the College of Alderman his full support for the preliminary agreement on the acquisition of the available house with garden in Berchem. He underlines this 43 ar area propertys’ strategic importance for the municipality especially considering its immediate proximity to the new school campus and the planned construction of the new sports hall. This purchase provides the municipality further options for the future development of this area.
